About CDN’s Trauma Informed Practice Programme

In 2023-24 CDN launched an ambitious programme aimed at facilitating the creation of a trauma informed culture in every college in Scotland. The programme utilised learning from the CDN Research and Enhancement Centre’s recent Pathways from Poverty research and at its heart aims to tackle educational disadvantage by supporting all learners, including those who have lived experience of poverty and trauma, to succeed.
