Anti-Racism in Education. Anne O’Donnell - Mad studies and anti-racism In-Person / Online

Please join us as our current and past QMU colleagues discuss their chapter contributions to Anti-Racism in Education: Stories of Growing Activism, https://www.criticalpublishing.com/anti-racism-in-education edited by Dr Geetha Marcus and Dr Stefanie Van de Peer. The events will explore the stories of how scholars, researchers and teachers at QMU became part of anti-racist teaching activism through their own growing understanding of racism in education.

In each session, we will have space for questions and discussion and hope to provide a space for learning and sahring of practice. We ask that you commit to these principles explained by Building the Anti-Racist Classroom.

In this session, we welcome Anne O’Donnell, who will present her chapter Mad studies and anti-racism (Chapter 11)

You can access both physical and digital copies of Anti-Racism in Education: Stories of Growing Activism through QMU Library.
